Three Years Of Great Service

  • UNLIMITED SCHEDULED maintenance service including 2500 mile oil changes with FREE SYN3 upgrade for three years.
  • The customer receives priority scheduling and service. With prior appointment, same day service. With no appointment, two day service.
  • Bike wash plus, all painted parts, extra care wash and dry.
  • One FREE delivery or pick-up per year for service
  • FREE winter storage and two FREE in/outs per year. Bike drop off Oct. 31 - Pick up March 1.

Transfer Options

Option 1: If covered vehicle is traded-in on a new vehicle, you may transfer any unused portion of the preferred service to the new vehicle, providing that a preferred service program is purchased for the new vehicle.

Option 2: If you sell the covered vehicle, any unused portion of the preferred service remains with the vehicle being sold. The unused portion may be transferred to the new owner by completing a transfer form along with a payment of a transfer fee.

Liz Ayers

Warranty Administrator / Service Advisor

Have any questions about your warranty? Liz in our Service Department can help you! With a total of 16 years of experience in the motorcycle industry, she is more than qualified to help you get your bike serviced correctly and on time! Liz will be the one to check you in when you need work done on your bike, and her goal is to make your service experience as easy as can be!

Jason "T" Wadleigh

Service Technician

"T" has been with us at HDSH since 2007. He completed the Harley-Davidson program at American Motorcycle Institute and has his PHD Master in Electrical, Chassis, and is a trained Dyno Operator. He enjoys working on any bike with a big motor or turbo motors. T is an avid rider and proud owner of a 2002 Fatboy. In his spare time, he enjoys going to concerts and drinking beer with the boys. His favorite part of his job at HDSH is the Dyno machine and his co-workers!

Karl Lemieux

Service Technician

Karl attended Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Miami, FL, and continued his training at the Harley-Davidson Factory Service School in Milwaukee, WI and Morgantown, PA. He can handle anything from general service to electrical problems. Besides working for HDSH for 9 years, Karl held positions as the Service Manager at Easthampton Harley-Davidson as well as Police Motorcycle Fleet Manager for Sunrise Harley-Davidson in FL. Karl owns a Road King and Shovelhead, but his favorite to work on is the Shovelhead. When he's not working on bikes he enjoys shooting sports, playing guitar, and training German Shepard dogs. The most rewarding part of his job is when customers let him know what a great job he did!

Mike Robienczak

Service Technician

"Rubz" attended Motorcycle Mechanics Institute, and completed the Harley-Davidson program. He has been with HDSH since 2009 and is a skilled mechanic. He owns a '09 Street Bob, which he enjoys working on in his spare time. His greatest achievement is his family, and he looks forward to seeing them at the end of the day.
